About Us
At the Factory Opticians we treat you as an individual and not just a number. We like to get to know our customers and our customers know us by name. We pride ourselves on offering a personal service, which can be difficult to find in today’s competitive optical market.
Our customers come back to us time after time and we believe this is because we are friendly and approachable, giving you time and space and only the information you need, alongside a professional and efficient service.
Unlike other High street Opticians we don’t offer gimmicks or complicated offers, we like to keep things simple. We won’t sell you complicated add-ons, we will only recommend something if it will be beneficial to you.

As an entirely independent company we are able to stock or supply a huge variety of frames and lenses offering you choice and affordability. Our sister business (Optical Manufacturing) gives us access to the biggest and best suppliers alongside lesser known frame and lens brands, this means we are able to pass on our on-site expertise and favourable buying terms to you.
Our on-site (Kidderminster) manufacturing facility allows us to offer a very fast and effective service. We have many experienced technicians working alongside the very latest in lens technology, so we can usually help you whether you require a new pair of spectacles, a re-glaze or even a repair to you current frame (where possible).
